Holly Salter

I first started my journey working in a special needs school at Millwater. Here I gained a level 3 diploma in specialist support for teaching and learning in schools. I then went on to have my own family before returning to work, this time in a children's respite home where I gained several more qualifications one of which includes certificates for Makaton levels one and two. I have worked with many different children and young people with learning difficulties and complex care needs. I love what I do and don't feel like it is work, I joined Vranch recently in 2021 and feel exceptionally lucky to work with such incredible children and to be part of such a wonderful team.
