The team of 4 physiotherapists working at Honeylands Specialist Child Assessment Centre are closely associated with Vranch House. These physiotherapists are currently Hanna McFadden, Becky Starling, Charlotte Mearing and Louisa Hetherington.

Honeylands provides specialist multi-disciplinary assessment and intervention for children aged 0 - 5 years. Children attending for physiotherapy may access:

• Specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment

• Hydrotherapy

• Orthotic clinics

• Wheelchair and buggy clinics

• Postural management advice, equipment and training for parents and carers

 

The physiotherapists based at Honeylands also provide a service to the neonatal ward at the RD&E. Babies who need follow up when they are discharged home will continue to be seen by this team.
